Good product - no instructions

The running boards are perfect! However there were no instructions necessitating a call to the distributor. The distributor immediately sent very clear and detailed instructions. There was a problem with a lack of information. Included in the bolts required for installation was something called a rivet nut. I doubt very many people know what a rivet nut is. We had to look online for more information. Luckily, another customer came up with a really good manner to install a rivet nut. Once, we had that information we were able to install the running boards in less than an hour.
