Good Product...Installation Okay

This is a great product for the price. My one or two complaints came from the installation. I have a 2003 F150 Lariat Flareside.

Installation Complaint #1: When installing the product, The mounts on both sides fit perfectly, minus one hole on the rear mount (on each side). I was required to drill a hole on each side into my truck. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice if I didn't have to.

Installation Complaint #2: The holes which are on the main mounts are too close to the vertical part of the mount. This means the Bolt has to go in at an angle for the Washers & Nut to fit. However, because they are at an angle, the Nuts barely go on, making it very difficult to get it on effectively. This means if you are installing the part by yourself (as I did), you are going to want a good clamp, two wrenches, and good lighting.

If you can handle these two installation issues, than you will get a great product.

Hubs loved the look of these and liked that they fairly easy to install. We would definitely purchase these again ( of course we already did so won't need a second pair ;)!
